Regenerative Plasma Facial
At Dr Jinah Yoo Regenerative Centre, the Regenerative Plasma Facial is a clinically advanced autologous treatment that harnesses the patient's own platelet-rich plasma to deliver targeted growth factors and regenerative proteins directly into the dermis — initiating a controlled biological repair response that restores skin integrity, stimulates collagen neosynthesis, and improves cellular function from within.

This advanced facial uses your body’s own natural healing properties to restore and refresh your complexion, giving you radiant, youthful skin.
What is the Regenerative Plasma Facial?
The Regenerative Plasma Facial involves the collection of a small volume of the patient’s peripheral blood, which undergoes controlled centrifugation to isolate a concentrated platelet-rich plasma (PRP) fraction. This autologous preparation contains a high concentration of growth factors — including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF — which are reintroduced into the dermis via microinjection to activate the skin’s intrinsic repair mechanisms and initiate a structured regenerative response.
This therapy is clinically indicated to:
- Stimulate fibroblast proliferation and activate endogenous tissue repair pathways
- Promote de novo collagen and elastin synthesis to restore dermal structural integrity
- Improve skin architecture, surface texture, and barrier function
- Reduce the appearance of atrophic scarring, fine lines, and photodamage through dermal remodelling
- Enhance microcirculation and cellular oxygenation for improved skin tone and luminosity
How Does the Regenerative Plasma Facial Work?
1. Blood Collection: A small sample of your own blood is gently drawn in a safe, sterile environment.
2. Plasma Concentration: Your blood is processed to concentrate the natural growth factors and healing components that promote skin rejuvenation.
3. Injection Therapy: The concentrated plasma is then reintroduced into your skin via targeted injections. This step encourages collagen production, enhances skin texture, and triggers the body’s natural healing processes to promote a youthful complexion.
What Can You Expect?
The Regenerative Plasma Facial is a minimally invasive procedure with no significant downtime. Transient localised erythema or mild oedema at the injection sites may occur post-procedure but typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Initial improvements in skin luminosity and surface texture may be observed within the first 1–2 weeks as the inflammatory repair response is initiated. Full clinical outcomes — including measurable improvements in dermal density, collagen architecture, and skin structural integrity — develop progressively over 4–12 weeks as fibroblast activity, collagen neosynthesis, and extracellular matrix remodelling continue at a cellular level.
Benefits of the Regenerative Plasma Facial
- Non-surgical and Natural: Utilises your body’s own healing powers for natural, safe results.
- Customised for You: Tailored to your unique skin needs, ensuring optimal results.
- Quick Recovery: Most clients experience only mild redness or swelling, which typically resolves within a few hours.
- Long-Lasting Results: Results improve gradually over several weeks as the skin heals and regenerates from within.
Is the Regenerative Plasma Facial Right for You?
This advanced facial is ideal for individuals seeking to combat signs of ageing, improve skin texture, and restore a youthful appearance without the need for invasive surgery.
It’s especially beneficial for those who:
- Have fine lines and wrinkles
- Suffer from uneven skin tone or texture
- Desire a more radiant, glowing complexion
- Want to improve skin elasticity and firmness
Whether you’re looking to maintain a youthful appearance or address specific skin concerns, the Regenerative Plasma Facial offers a natural, effective solution.

The staff was welcoming, and the therapist was knowledgeable and attentive. The clinic is clean and modern, and I am very pleased with my treatment results. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here at Dr Jinah Yoo! I had the ‘brightening’ treatment after having too much sunburn on my summer vacation and it really helped. The process was very enjoyable thanks to the skillful and gentle practitioner. I will come back in the future if I have any needs for skin improvements!
A perfect experience! I had the rf facial which is for lift up. The therapist is very professional and the environment is also very helpful for relaxing. Nice location as well.
Absolutely love the place. Had some moles removed from my face by Dr Yoo. A week later there is not the slightest indication that there was ever even anything there. Results are incredible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Regenerative Plasma Facial FAQ’s
What can I expect in terms of recovery?
Post-procedural recovery is minimal. The majority of patients resume normal daily activities within 24–48 hours of treatment. Transient injection-site reactions — including localised erythema, mild oedema, or superficial bruising — may occur but are self-resolving and typically subside within 24–72 hours without clinical intervention.
Are the results of the treatment immediate?
An initial improvement in skin luminosity and surface texture may be observed within the first 1–2 weeks as the acute regenerative response is initiated. However, the full clinical outcome — including measurable gains in dermal density, collagen architecture, and structural skin integrity — develops progressively over a period of 3–6 months, reflecting the biological timeline of fibroblast activation, collagen neosynthesis, and sustained extracellular matrix remodelling at the dermal level.
How long do the effects of the treatment last?
Clinical outcomes are durable, with approximately 50% of the transferred adipose tissue and associated regenerative cells achieving permanent structural integration within the recipient site. The retained fraction undergoes vascularisation and becomes incorporated into the surrounding tissue architecture, providing long-lasting volumetric restoration and sustained regenerative activity. The non-retained fraction is reabsorbed via normal metabolic processes, which is accounted for in the initial treatment volume to ensure predictable and clinically consistent long-term results.
Can platelet-rich plasma (PRP) be combined with Regenerative Plasma Facial
Yes. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is frequently combined with the Regenerative Plasma Facial as part of a multimodal regenerative protocol. The concentrated growth factor payload delivered by PRP — including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF — acts synergistically with the autologous plasma preparation to amplify fibroblast recruitment, accelerate extracellular matrix remodelling, and potentiate the overall regenerative response. This combination approach is clinically indicated for patients requiring enhanced dermal repair, accelerated post-procedural recovery, or more pronounced improvements in skin structural integrity and cellular function.
How does the Regenerative Plasma Facial benefit facial skin?
The Regenerative Plasma Facial improves facial skin integrity through the targeted delivery of autologous growth factors that stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen neosynthesis, and extracellular matrix remodelling within the dermis. The treatment concurrently enhances transepidermal water retention by restoring the structural components of the dermal-epidermal junction, and supports the repair of photodamaged and environmentally compromised keratinocytes at a cellular level.
What makes the Regenerative Plasma Facial unique compared to other facials?
Unlike traditional facials, the Regenerative Plasma Facial utilises stem cell technology to promote deeper skin repair and rejuvenation. Supported by stem cell research, this treatment is uniquely designed to stimulate collagen, improve skin elasticity, and provide lasting hydration, making it a standout option for skin revitalisation.
