Longevity◇Hydrogen Therapy

Hydrogen Therapy

Hydrogen therapy at Dr Jinah Yoo Anti-Ageing begins with a detailed assessment, including biomarker and oxidative stress testing where appropriate. Our clinicians then design a protocol that supports your personal goals, such as longevity, energy, recovery or reduced inflammation.

What it is

Tailored to your cellular health.

At Dr Jinah Yoo Anti-Ageing, we offer hydrogen therapy protocols tailored to your unique cellular health needs. Molecular hydrogen is being studied for its antioxidant properties, and our protocols use it to support the body in managing oxidative stress.

Every protocol is medically supervised and individually assessed. It begins with a detailed assessment, including biomarker and oxidative stress testing where appropriate, so that the delivery method and course suit your goals and your health.

Hydrogen therapy protocols we offer

Five protocols, one plan for you.

Hydrogen gas inhalation

Our core in-clinic delivery method. Medical-grade molecular hydrogen is inhaled through a nasal cannula for systemic absorption, and is used to support the body against oxidative stress across its organs and tissues.

Hydrogen-rich water therapy

Supersaturated hydrogen water taken orally between in-clinic inhalation sessions, to provide continuing antioxidant support. It may also help support gut health and metabolic function.

Hydrogen IV saline

Hydrogen-infused saline administered intravenously, bypassing the digestive system to deliver hydrogen directly into the bloodstream. Offered by clinical indication following consultation.

Combined regenerative protocol

Hydrogen therapy paired with exosome treatments or a bespoke nutritional programme, for a layered approach that supports cellular health and long-term wellbeing.

Maintenance & longevity programme

An ongoing personalised protocol designed to sustain your hydrogen therapy programme over time, as part of your goals for healthy ageing, energy and general wellbeing.

“Each protocol is crafted with your long-term cellular health in mind, combining clinical science with a personalised approach to help you work towards your goals.”

Part of a programme.

Assessment

Testing before treatment

Every protocol begins with a clinical consultation that reviews your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle and health objectives. Where appropriate, biomarker and oxidative stress testing follows, and the results inform your protocol.

Complementary

Recommendations for your results

In addition to your hydrogen therapy protocol, we can recommend complementary regenerative treatments to address deficiencies or imbalances identified during your assessment and biomarker testing. Our team makes sure your complementary treatment plan fits alongside your hydrogen therapy protocol.

Review

Adjusted as you progress

Your programme is reviewed regularly throughout your course of treatment. Our clinicians assess your progress and response, and the protocol is refined as needed.

How results develop

This varies between individuals. Some clients report improvements in energy levels, sleep quality and mental clarity within two to three sessions. Where concerns are longer-standing or more complex, a structured course of six to twelve sessions is usually recommended, and your programme is reviewed as you go.
