Dr Jinah Yoo
MBChB FRCP · Korean, UK-trained consultant dermatologist, founder of Dr Jinah Yoo Dermatology, and one of London's leading specialists in pigmentation, acne and skin of colour.

Her story
Trained in two systems. Fluent in both.
Dr Yoo grew up with Korean dermatology (a culture where skin is examined, protected and treated a decade ahead of the West) and trained as a physician in the United Kingdom, where diagnosis is rigorous, evidence is demanded and consultants carry responsibility for their patients by name.
Her practice sits deliberately between the two. The regenerative protocols, devices and skinboosters she works with are those used in Seoul's leading clinics, often introduced to London by her first, but nothing is offered until a proper diagnosis says it's right. That order of operations, diagnosis before treatment, is the founding principle of her clinic.

Credentials
Qualified, examined, elected.
Qualified in medicine, followed by full dermatology specialist training in the UK. GMC-registered consultant dermatologist on the specialist register.
Elected Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in recognition of her ongoing contribution to dermatology.
Master's in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine, University of Manchester, final-year research on facial hyperpigmentation. One of two Master's degrees.
Trained and observed at leading pigment and cosmetic dermatology clinics across the USA, Singapore and South Korea.
“It is important to get the diagnosis right before the treatment. Everything else in my clinic follows from that one sentence.”
Special interests
Where her expertise runs deepest.
Hyperpigmentary disorders

Acne, rosacea and their aftermath
Medication-free laser programmes for active acne and rosacea, and scar-by-scar treatment of the texture they leave behind, across all skin tones.
Cosmetic & regenerative dermatology
Lifting, tightening and skin-quality treatments grounded in her MSc in Skin Ageing, combining energy devices with the regenerative protocols of Korean practice.
Skin lymphoma & complex diagnosis
