Terms of service
For the comfort, privacy and safety of all patients, we kindly request that children are not brought into the clinic unless they are attending as the patient themselves. Many consultations and treatments involve medical procedures, injectables, lasers and confidential medical discussions, and the clinic environment is therefore not suitable for unattended children. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Promotional treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Standard non-promotional treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any prescription renewals, including compounded skincare prescriptions or creams, require a chargeable follow-up consultation with the doctor to ensure treatment remains safe, appropriate and medically monitored.
Cancellation policy
Why we have a cancellation policy
Our Cancellation Policy is put in place to safeguard the service and the practitioners time. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this we do not give refunds unless there are very exceptional circumstances and this would be at the discretion of the Director.
Cancelled sessions or rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule a consultation or treatment with less than 48 hours’(working days) notice, the deposit (50% of consultation fee and treatment fee for procedural treatments) will not be refunded. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours’(working days) notice, the deposit paid will remain on your account and can be used for a future appointment. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours(working days) before. But cannot be rescheduled after 48 hours.
Late arrival or missed sessions
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your session. Your session will always finish at the designated time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us to tell us you will be late we will assume you are not coming and will consider that as a cancellation without the required 48 hours’(working days) notice. If you have contacted us and are later than 15 minutes the session viability is at the discretion of the Director.
Session refusal
The clinician will not complete sessions if you show signs of being intoxicated or unable to fully engage due to substance use. They will not continue sessions if you present threatening or inappropriate behaviour. We will not refund a session cancelled due to the above.
Refunds for course
You can claim for a refund of courses fee which you have already paid, but the actual amount you will receive will be the preferential price of the course deducting the original price of sessions you have received. Example: The price of mesotherapy is £350 for a single session, and the three course is £900. If you have had one session, you can get a refund of £550. If you have had two sessions, the refund would be £200.
Refund processing time
It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
If we need to cancel your booking In the event that Government advice means that our clinic must close or we cannot fulfill your booking, we will continue to give patients a credit note towards a future booking or the option of a refund. This is in line with our normal terms and conditions.
