Packages
Packages must be paid in 1 or 2 installments (Full payment upfront or 50% in advance of first treatment and the remaining amount at your 2nd treatment) Packages have an expiry date of 1 year from purchase. Packages cannot be shared or split between patients. * If you wish to stop your package at any time then you will be charged for the full individual treatment price per session that you have had, a refund or clinic credit may be given on the remaining amount.
Lateness
We endevour to give all of our patients their full treatment time, however if you arrive late for your appointment we will only be able to carry out your treatment to its allocated time at the full charge to you. As much as we would like to be flexible, lateness impacts other patients who are waiting to be seen and also impacts how smoothly our clinic operates throughout the day.
Cancellation/Change of Appointment
Dr Jinah Yoo Dermatology operate a 48hr (working days) cancellation/change of appointment policy. Please be advised that failure to allow 48hrs (working days) notice will result in your deposit or treatment of your package being redeemed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on individual treatments that have been carried out unless in the event of an adverse reaction or at the discretion of management. Packages/Programmes - Treatment sessions already carried out will be charged at the full individual unit price and a refund will apply for the excess amount only. Products - We do not offer refunds on any product that has been open or used unless in the event of an adverse reaction. Consultations - Consultation fee with our Dermatologist is non-redeemable. Prescription Creams - We do not offer refunds on our bespoke Prescription Creams.
Complaints Policy
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your experience at Dr Jinah Yoo Dermatology clinic, we welcome your comments and promise to address them in a prompt, honest and throughout manner. We will acknowledge all written complaints within 2 working days and provide an outcome within twenty working days, if the investigation into your complaint requires further time you will be notified in writing.
