What it is

Calm first, then everything else.

The Dr Jinah Yoo Barrier Repair Programme is a soothing treatment for the problems that come with sensitive skin. Most patients leave with inflammation calmed, redness reduced and the skin's natural moisture levels restored. By using soothing products and techniques that avoid abrasive facials, it improves the skin's resilience without triggering irritation or discomfort.

“Facials leave my face red for days.”

Standard facials often rely on stronger exfoliants and actives. This programme uses non-abrasive techniques throughout: gentle, but still effective.

Reactive skin
“My skin is tight and dry no matter what I use.”

Soothing, moisture-boosting products restore the skin's natural moisture levels and rebuild a healthier, better-functioning barrier.

Dryness & dehydration
“I flush, and it doesn't settle.”

Redness, sensitivity and conditions such as rosacea are exactly what this programme is designed to calm, inflammation reduced rather than provoked.

Redness & rosacea
“I break out, but my skin is also sensitive.”

Acne-prone areas are calmed rather than stripped, inflammation reduced and blemishes improved, without the irritation stronger treatments cause.

Sensitive and acne-prone

Benefits

What the programme does.

Skin barrier strengthening

Reinforces the skin's natural defence, making it more resilient to environmental stressors and less prone to irritation.

Skin pH stabilisation

Balances the skin's pH levels, promoting a healthier complexion and reducing the risk of sensitivity or inflammation.

Acne improvement

Addresses acne-prone areas by calming inflammation and reducing blemishes, resulting in clearer skin.

The treatments

Two treatments, one calm result.

The programme draws on two gentle technologies: ultrasound that works at dermal level without surface trauma, and Korean hydradermabrasion that cleanses and hydrates in a single pass.

Ultrasound

LDM Ultrasound Care

A gentle and effective facial treatment that delivers energy to the dermis layer, helping stimulate collagen production. It supports skin elasticity and activates the dermal cells essential to skin health, enhancing barrier strength and improving firmness and texture.

Hydradermabrasion

Aquafacial Care

Using the Aquapure device from Korea, a non-invasive treatment combining hydration, exfoliation and extraction with an infusion of active serums. It delivers targeted hydration while removing impurities and dead skin cells, addressing dullness, fine lines and acne.
