CellAir
Intermittent Hypoxic Training Device from Cellgym
Designed to simulate the effects of high-altitude training, Cellair helps improve oxygen efficiency, boost stamina, and support recovery by alternating between periods of low and normal oxygen levels.

CellAir is a cutting-edge device from Cellgym that harnesses the power of intermittent hypoxic training (IHT) to enhance overall health, fitness, and performance.
What is CellAir?
This innovative technology is especially beneficial for individuals seeking to improve their physical conditioning, manage stress, or support cellular regeneration.
At Dr Jinah Yoo Clinic, we use the Cellair IHT device to help our clients optimise their wellness and fitness goals, improve recovery times, and achieve enhanced mental and physical resilience.
How CellAir Works?
The Cellair device utilizes intermittent hypoxic training, which involves brief exposure to low oxygen levels (hypoxia) followed by periods of normal oxygen levels (normoxia). This process simulates the conditions of high-altitude environments, encouraging the body to adapt to reduced oxygen availability. As the body adapts, it improves oxygen delivery to tissues, which helps boost endurance, increase energy levels, and promote overall wellness.
Benefits of CellAir IHT
- Enhanced Oxygen Efficiency: Helps your body learn to utilise oxygen more effectively, improving overall stamina and performance during physical activity.
- Improved Cardiovascular Health: Regular use of intermittent hypoxic training has been shown to strengthen the heart and lungs, improve circulation, and boost overall cardiovascular fitness.
- Increased Stamina and Endurance: Boosts endurance levels by training the body to perform more efficiently with less oxygen.
- Accelerated Recovery: Helps reduce muscle fatigue, speeds up recovery times after intense workouts, and improves athletic performance.
- Supports Weight Management: By improving metabolic function and increasing energy levels, Cellair can also aid in weight loss and fat reduction.
- Enhanced Mental Resilience: Improves mental focus, reduces stress, and enhances cognitive function by conditioning the body to handle low-oxygen environments.

The staff was welcoming, and the therapist was knowledgeable and attentive. The clinic is clean and modern, and I am very pleased with my treatment results. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here at Dr Jinah Yoo! I had the ‘brightening’ treatment after having too much sunburn on my summer vacation and it really helped. The process was very enjoyable thanks to the skillful and gentle practitioner. I will come back in the future if I have any needs for skin improvements!
A perfect experience! I had the rf facial which is for lift up. The therapist is very professional and the environment is also very helpful for relaxing. Nice location as well.
Absolutely love the place. Had some moles removed from my face by Dr Yoo. A week later there is not the slightest indication that there was ever even anything there. Results are incredible.
