Salmon
Polynucleotide Injection
Salmon PN (Polynucleotide) is fragments of DNA extracted from salmon which has high resemblance to human DNA.

As a result, if salmon PN is injected into human skin, it can stimulate skin healing and regeneration, improving hydration, sensitive skin and skin rejuvenation.
How Do Salmon Polynucleotide Injections Work?
Polynucleotide injections work by introducing salmon-derived DNA fragments, which have been shown in multiple clinical trials to enhance skin's regenerative properties, especially in sensitive skin.
The injected polynucleotides boost collagen production, directly improving the skin's structure and supporting better skin elasticity. Over time, the treatment strengthens skin’s resilience against environmental factors and addresses issues like skin sagging and fine lines.
Who Can Benefit from
Salmon Polynucleotide Injections?

How Long Does a Salmon
Polynucleotide Injection Take?
A Salmon Polynucleotide injection session typically takes 40-60 minutes.

The staff was welcoming, and the therapist was knowledgeable and attentive. The clinic is clean and modern, and I am very pleased with my treatment results. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here at Dr Jinah Yoo! I had the ‘brightening’ treatment after having too much sunburn on my summer vacation, and it really helped. The process was very enjoyable thanks to the skillful and gentle practitioner. I will come back in the future if I have any needs for skin improvements!
A perfect experience! I had the Dermal Tightening Programme which is for lift up. The therapist is very professional and the environment is also very helpful for relaxing. Nice location as well.
Absolutely love the place. Had some moles removed from my face by Dr Yoo. A week later there is not the slightest indication that there was ever even anything there. Results are incredible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Salmon PN Injection FAQ’s
What is the difference between Salmon DNA and traditional skin boosters?
Unlike many skin booster treatments that primarily use hyaluronic acid, Salmon DNA treatments use polynucleotides, which are derived from salmon sperm or trout DNA. Polynucleotides act on a cellular level, enhancing skin’s natural ability to regenerate, which helps tackle issues like dark eye circles, open pores, and fine lines effectively.
How long do the effects of Salmon Polynucleotide injections last?
Results can last up to six months as the treatment stimulates natural collagen production and tissue repair. Studies suggest that with routine treatments, skin's elasticity, texture, and brightness can improve progressively.
Are Salmon Polynucleotide injections suitable for all skin types?
Yes, Salmon Polynucleotide injections are generally suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and acne-prone skin. However, it is advisable to consult with our specialists to ensure it is the right treatment for your specific skin concerns and conditions.
What is the recommended number of sessions for optimal results?
While some patients see improvements after a single session, for optimal, long-lasting results, a series of treatments spaced four to six weeks apart may be recommended. Our specialists can create a personalised treatment plan based on individual skin needs.
Can diabetic patients receive Salmon Polynucleotide injections?
Diabetic patients and those with other specific health conditions should consult with their healthcare provider prior to treatment to ensure suitability. While Salmon DNA therapy is generally safe, it’s best to confirm based on individual health needs.
Are there any side effects of Salmon Polynucleotide Injections?
Salmon Polynucleotide treatments are safe and have minimal side effects due to their similarity to human DNA. Minor swelling, bruising, or tenderness may appear at the injection site but should subside within a few days. Our experienced team ensures precision for a comfortable and effective treatment experience.
Can Salmon Polynucleotide injections be combined with other skin treatments?
Yes, Salmon Polynucleotide injections can complement other treatments, including glycolic acid peels, various skin boosters, and even treatments for acne-prone skin. By combining treatments, patients can target multiple skin issues such as enlarged pores, uneven tone, and fine lines to achieve a comprehensive rejuvenation effect.
Can Salmon Polynucleotide injections be used if I have active skin infections?
No, it is essential to wait until the skin condition has healed to prevent complications and ensure the treatment's effectiveness. Consult with a specialist before proceeding.
How do Salmon Polynucleotide injections promote skin regeneration?
Salmon Polynucleotide injections introduce DNA fragments that mimic human DNA, stimulating skin regeneration by repairing damaged skin cells, enhancing collagen and elastin production, and improving overall skin structure for a more youthful appearance.
Do Salmon Polynucleotide injections improve skin hydration and skin elasticity?
Yes, Salmon Polynucleotide injections are highly effective in improving skin hydration by enhancing the skin's ability to retain moisture. This treatment replenishes dehydrated skin, leaving it smooth, plump, and with radiant skin. Additionally, the injections stimulate collagen and elastin production to improve skin elasticity while supporting the long-term goal of maintaining skin elasticity. This comprehensive approach helps reduce sagging and fine lines, promoting a firmer, more youthful appearance.
How does Salmon Polynucleotide injection stimulate skin cell regeneration?
Salmon Polynucleotide injections introduce polynucleotides into the skin, which mimic the DNA structure of human cells, aiding skin cell regeneration. This process helps repair damaged skin cells, enhance elasticity, and improve overall skin health, resulting in a rejuvenated appearance.
